Q: Why should I bring my car to PEPCAR for servicing?
A: At Pepcar we aspire to flawless workmanship and never take shortcuts on quality. Every service or repair we carry out is done so with care and personal attention by our trained and qualified technicians. Every repair conducted on your car is quality checked by our dedicated Quality Controller.

Q: Will a Pepcar service affect my new car warranty?
A: NO. Any service that Pepcar conducts on your car will not affect your new car warranty.

Q: Do you have the necessary skills and equipment to service my new car?
A: All our technicians participate in regular training courses and all employees are constantly kept up to date with any industry newsletters and service bulletins. Every PEPCAR workshop has the latest in diagnostic equipment and scan tools available allowing access to your vehicles engine management computer system.

Q: Are your technicians qualified?
A: Yes, all of our technicians are qualified. We also provide ongoing training for all of our staff.

Q: Will I know how much my car service or repair will cost me before I get the bill?
A: A price estimate will be provided upon request prior to any work commencing on your vehicle. No additional repairs will be carried out without your prior authorisation.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept EFTPOS, Master card, Visa Card, cash and electronic bank transfer. Payment is required prior to collecting your vehicle.

Q: What is the warranty on your work?
A: Most new parts fitted will come with a 12 month warranty.

Q: What are your operating hours?
A: All PEPCAR workshops are open from 7:30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Early drop off and late pick up can be organised at the time you make your booking.
